YQ2001 Amorphous soft magnetic material parameters measurement instrument is a new product developed by our company, it is mainly used in on-line parameters measurement of amorphous soft magnetic material and other soft magnetic materials, widely used in sectors of magnetic material production, application, R&D associations, as well as education departments.

The system is composed of computer controlled excitation power, high speed data collecting circuit and data processing module.

The system has high magnetization power, high magnetizing strength,  wide range of working frequency, easy operation, allowing speedy online measurement of small quantity sample testing and kilos sample testing. The system is equipped with RS232 interface, making it possible to connect with computer monitoring system directly.

Characteristics:

1.      High magnetic power: magnetizing power can be up to 10KW, allowing measurement of kilo samples, its magnetizing induction is up to 1.0T.

2.      High speed measurement, the on-line measurement allows easy operation, for one sample, it takes only several seconds to finish measuring many parameters.

3.      It has RS232 data communication interface for computer networks connection.

4.      Compact structure and low cost

Properties:

The instrument can fulfill amorphous soft magnetic parameters (Remanence Br, magnetizing force, permeability u, coercive force Hc, core losses, flux density).Magnetizing signal frequency ranges from 50Hz-100KHz.
